We’ve heard of taking a train, drive, or flight to get home for the holidays, but we’ve never really considered a long, winter bike ride to get home for Christmas. That is probably because we live in the Northern Hemisphere, and there is 300 miles between us and the home of our youth. As such, the distance is often frozen over or simply very cold. In “I’ll Find My Way Home, Mom”, cyclist @jimbo.safi shows us that a bike ride home (from Switzerland to Spain) is possible.
We all knew it was coming, but the new SRAM Red groupset has been leaked. We didn't know if it was coming, but MvdP’s cyclocross-winning streak came to an end in Spain, and Wout van Aert won without his saddle—ouch! Car-Park Climb races look fun (and exhausting). Here are the Giro wild-card team selections. American cyclist Joe Dombrowski will be retiring. Listen to the first episode of the new season of Life in the Peloton.
