We hate to admit it, but Cape Epic—the multi-stage mountain bike race set in South Africa’s Western Cape—wasn’t on our radar until just last year. However, thanks to Mitch Docker and Ian Boswell’s podcast episode sharing their experience racing the 2023 edition, it now is firmly planted in our line of sight. So, we’re excited to highlight the fact the race is currently being run and that you can view highlights from the race on the Cape Epic Youtube channel. We recommend checking it out and then trying to convince yourself that it wouldn’t be the best experience ever.
