Cyclo-foraging is not an activity that we’ve indulged in (unless you count snatching an old, discarded bike out of a curb-side pile of trash). However, after reading about Kalice, a herbalist, naturopath, and therapist who cycles through Côte d’Azur, we think we might try keeping our eyes open for interesting and useful flora close to home. Of course, for now we’ll just read and admire the photos from this article from Café du Cycliste and imagine we could be appreciating the biodiversity of the cycling haven around Nice, France.
