No one is going to argue that Tadej Pogačar is not dominating this year’s Giro. However, a case can still be made that, in spite of its current king, the Giro is still a democratic race. In fact, the case was made by Peter Cossins for La Course en Tete. After watching the finale of Stage 10, we tend to agree with this conclusion.
