What we like about cookbooks is that they’re full of inspiration and possibility for future culinary adventures. What we don’t like about them is that they do not come with a cook. Nevertheless, we still really appreciate a good cycling-themed cookbook that both inspires us to cook and to ride our bikes. Enter Alan Murchison with his newest offering: The Cycling Chef on the Go. Head over to PEZ Cycling News for their book report on which includes a couple of recipes to try over a weekend hopefully full of long (and possibly hot) rides.
